Radiant Wall LLC(“Radiant Wall,” “we”) is a window and door company in Glendale, Arizona. This page explains what we collect through this website and our ads, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a quote, here or through one of our ads, we get your name, email, phone, ZIP code, the type of project, and any notes or door options you choose.
• How you found us. The page you landed on, the site that sent you, and ad campaign tags in the link (for example a Google or Meta ad ID). We store these with your request so we know which ads work.
• Site usage. If analytics are on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and whether you tapped our phone number or sent a quote request.
• Calls and emails. If you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule a measurement, and prepare your estimate.
• To follow up about your project and, after a job, ask for a review.
• To see which pages and ads bring in customers, so we spend less on the ones that don't.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a quote request, you agree that we may call or text the number you gave us about your estimate and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Who else sees it

We share your information only with the companies that run our website and tools, and only so they can do that job:

• Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database where quote requests are stored)
• Resend (delivers quote-request emails to our team)
• The scheduling and invoicing software we use once you become a customer
• Google and Meta (analytics and ad measurement, see below)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and ad measurement

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel use cookies to measure visits and to tell us whether an ad led to a quote request. Google and Meta may use this data under their own policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ads in your Google ad settings and Meta ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them for your project, warranty questions, and our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

Contact us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop calls, texts, or emails.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home or building work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
